What is CSS?

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. They are an extremely powerful design tool, once mastered.  We use CSS extensively for our web site, as well as client web sites. 

Proper use of CSS can make it easier to update things like font faces, styles and colors throughout an entire web site This saves us time and saves you money!

This entire layout and design of this site is done utilizing only four shared* images (in the header above) and a style sheet.   We also added a bit of JavaScript, to add functionality to browsers, without good CSS support.  This makes the site very quick to load and very easy to update.  The code used will also be compatible with browsers, that support W3C standards, of the future!

*Shared images are those used throughout the site, on each page.  Individual pages may have other images added to the content of the site.  For instance, this page also has a "Questions & Answers" image.
